Semi Private Sessions / Transformation Program:

12-Week Body, Mindset & Lifestyle Transformation Program

Start March 4th 2019. The workout session are held every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 08:00 – 09:00. The Discovery Sessions will take place at Body-Move Gym, Paradiesrain 14, 4123 Allschwil, Switzerland

The sessions will be within groups of 4-6 people. We hold the sessions in our private training lounge, which is intimate and ideal for bespoke training programs

Your First Steps. How it works.

As a eerion progam participant you get your very own plan that is tailored to address your unique body, lifestyle and activity levels. If you are already exercising, we will advise you on how to optimise the time you spend working out to make it as effective as possible. The minimum commitment would be 3 days a week for a minimum of 60 minutes.

You will realise that you are not alone in your struggles and challenges. Our Facebook group is an amazing place where the magic happens and essential mindset shifting is experienced.

Everyone hits a plateau at some point. To give you extra accountability and to continue to adapt your plan as your body changes, you can join in on any of the group coaching calls available to you once a week. Here you can speak and ask questions to the main experts Noelia or David as well as any of the other team coaches and discuss your barriers, progress and breakthrough.

You will surpass yourself by relying on the supporting network to help you and turn things around much faster when compared with working by yourself.

Finally, for your extra support you will have access to a membership site which has been created especially to give you all the tools you need to succeed. Video modules on different topics including workouts, mindset, lifestyle, nutrition like macro’s, good health, female hormones and much more!
